The Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications had submitted three amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction which the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues also found the three amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Building Legalization Law by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Milena Corilic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Bojan Torbica.
