94th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 26 September 2005, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed an amendment and a correction of an amendment submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Pension and Disability Insurance Act and assessed them as legally possible.
At its session held on 26 September 2005, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed an amendment and a correction of an amendment submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Pension and Disability Insurance Act and assessed them as legally possible.
Seven amendments were submitted to the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans, and were assessed as legally possible by the Committee; two amendments submitted to the Bill on the Payment of Contributions for Pension and Disability Insurance for Certain Categories of Employee Beneficiaries were also assessed as legally possible.
The Legislative Committee ruled that three amendments and four corrections of amendments submitted to the Criminal Code Bill were legally possible.
One corrected amendment was submitted to the Bill on the Veterinary, Plant Protection and Sanitary Laboratories Agency, and was assessed as legally possible.
The Legislative Committee advised the National Assembly to adopt revisions to the texts of the Criminal Code Bill, the Bill on Underage Perpetrators of Criminal Offences and Criminal Protection of Underage Persons, and the Bill on the Performance of Criminal Sanctions.
