97th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 4 March 2019, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda of the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2019, viz:

  1. Bill on Central Register of Citizens,
  2. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Plant Nutrition Products and Soil Enhancers,
  3. Bill amending and modifying the Food Safety Law,
  4. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Plant Protection Products,
  5. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Plant Health,
  6. Bill on Hospitality Industry,
  7. Bill on Tourism,
  8. Bill on the Confirmation of the Constitution of the International Civil Defence Organization, and
  9. Bill on Termination of the Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Federal Executive Council of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of Malaysia on Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, with Protocol.
By majority vote, the Committee members found all the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nedjo Jovanovic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Gordana Comic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bajro Gegic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Milena Corilic.
