99th session of the Legislative Committee
At its ninety-ninth session, held on 15 November, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle, and assessed as legally possible, the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2006, with its accompanying Memorandum on the Budget and Economic and Fiscal Policy for 2006, projections for 2007 and 2008, and proposals of decisions granting consent to financial plans for 2006 of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Private Entrepreneurs, the Republic Health Insurance Agency, and the National Employment Service.

The Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Public Enterprises and Performance of Activities of General Interest, the Bill on the Prevention of Money Laundering, the Health Insurance Bill, the Red Cross Bill, the Bill on Health Practitioners’ Chambers, the Bill on Substances Used in Illegal Production of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs, the Health Care Bill, and the Banks Bill were also assessed as legally possible.
