Burning of Belgrade and Nis mosques condemned
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, as well as representatives of Democratic Party of Serbia, Democratic Party, Serbian Renewal Movement - New Serbia and G17 Plus Deputies’ Groups, call on the people of Serbia to express their justified protests against the pogrom of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohia without resorting to violence.

A declaration strongly condemning the burning of Nis and Belgrade mosques and threats to other religious communities’ and public buildings in Serbia was unanimously passed at today’s meeting of the National Assembly Chairman with representatives of Deputies’ Groups.
