The constitutive session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Human Rights saw the election of Rodoljub Sabic chairman and Dr Zarko Obradovic vice-chairman of the Sub-committee.
Constitutive session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination
The constitutive session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination, held on 14 May, saw the election of Dr Vladan Batic chairman and Srdjan Sikimic vice-chairman of the Sub-committee.
The Sub-committee agreed that it should first offer the Constitutional Commission solutions to the following issues: constitutional principles, structure of the Constitution, and the constitutional declaration, or preamble, on the basis of which the Sub-committees will continue their work.
The next session of the Sub-commission is scheduled for Friday 16 May, at 2 p.m.

At the constitutive session, members of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Territorial Organisation elected Nenad Canak chairman and Momcilo Trajkovic vice-chairman.
