Deputy Speaker Ragus Meets with Russian Ambassador to Serbia

National Assembly Deputy Speaker and Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee Marina Ragus met today with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko to discuss intensifying parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.

The officials opined that in the coming period the existing excellent cooperation between the parliaments should be advanced with cooperation at the level of working bodies which could be realised as soon as next month with the joint celebration of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belgrade in World War Two.

Ragus and Botsan-Kharchenko agreed that both countries will continue with the mutual support in international organisations, especially in the UN.
