Eighteenth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At its eighteenth sitting, held on 14 October, the Administrative Committee ascertained that that by tendering resignation the mandate of deputy Ferza Celovic, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia – Boris Tadic, was terminated before the end of the term he was elected for and proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the termination of the deputy’s mandate.
At its eighteenth sitting, held on 14 October, the Administrative Committee ascertained that that by tendering resignation the mandate of deputy Ferza Celovic, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia – Boris Tadic, was terminated before the end of the term he was elected for and proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the termination of the deputy’s mandate.
The Committee went on to discuss the Republic Electoral Commission’s Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly. The Committee members ascertained that the termination of deputy Veran Panic’s mandate left a vacant deputy seat and ascertained that the conditions have been met for the verification of mandate of deputy Zoran Popovic, elected from the Serbian Radical Party - Dr Vojislav Seselj electoral list.
The Administrative Committee proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the verification of the newly elected deputy’s mandate.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Tomislav Nikolic.
