Eighty-Fourth Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At the sitting held on 7 March, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Sava Cojcic.


At the sitting held on 7 March, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Sava Cojcic. The Committee members adopted the proposal that the Administrative Committee should submit a Report to the National Assembly establishing sufficient grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Sava Cojcic before the expiration of the term he was elected to.

The Committee adopted a Decision on the fines for reprimands issued to maintain order at the Sixth and Seventh Sittings of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. Deputy Milan Avramovic was fined 20% of a deputy’s basic salary for two reprimands issued at the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session and deputy Velimir Ilic was fined 10% of a deputy’s basic salary for a reprimand issued at the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.

At the sitting, the Committee also considered the request of the National Assembly Secretary General regarding the manner of calculating refunds for the use of personal car for business purposes set out in article 3 of the Decision on Deputies’ Compensation. The Committee passed a conclusion establishing the manner of calculating the payment of said refund.

The Administrative Committee adopted a Decision on loaning National Assembly’s official vehicles to the Directorate for Common Affairs of Republic Bodies.

They also established the list for the issuance of parking stickers for parking in front of the National Assembly House.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Nenad Konstantinovic.
