Eighty-Second Sitting of the Finance Committee

At the sitting held on 13 September, the Finance Committee noted the existence of sufficient grounds for the termination of office of Dr Dragutin Radosavljevic, member of the Securities Commission.


The Committee established a Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Dr Dragutin Radosavljevic, member of the Securities Commission resulting from his resignation from the office and concluded to forward the Decision Proposal to the National Assembly to be adopted.

At the sitting, the Committee adopted a Decision to, together with the European Integrations Committee, organise two public hearings: on the Bill on Property Restitution and Compensation and Public Property Bill. The Committee members will be subsequently informed on the date for the hearings.

 

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Deputy Chairperson Branka Ljiljak.
