Eighty-Second Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 30 March, the Legislative Committee discussed the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Condemning the Crime in Srebrenica and estimated that the text of the Declaration Proposal adheres to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee considered, in principle, five Bills submitted by the Government and included into the agenda for the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010: the Bill amending and modifying the Refugee Law, the Law on Regional Development, the Law on the Right to Free Shares and Monetary Compensation Exercised by Citizens Within the Process of Privatisation and the Law on the Privatisation Agency, as well as the Metrology Bill
