Fifteenth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 7 October, chaired by the Committee Chairman Tomislav Nikolic, the Administrative Committee considered the Report on the election of deputies for the purpose of filling vacant deputy seats at the National Assembly, submitted by the Republic Electoral Commission.
At the sitting held on 7 October, chaired by the Committee Chairman Tomislav Nikolic, the Administrative Committee considered the Report on the election of deputies for the purpose of filling vacant deputy seats at the National Assembly, submitted by the Republic Electoral Commission.
The Committee ascertained that the termination of deputy Radivoje Milanovic’s mandate left a vacant deputy seat and ascertained that the conditions have been met for the verification of mandate of deputy Miroslav Marinkovic elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic.
The Administrative Committee proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the verification of the newly elected deputy’s mandate.
