Fifty-Fifth Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 13 July, the Finance Committee discussed, in principle, the following Bills included in the agenda for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010: the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on granting a state loan to the Republic of Serbia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement for the purpose of implementing the Financial Protocol concluded on 15 December 2009 between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France, between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and NATIXIS acting on the behalf of the Government of the Republic of France, Bill on the Confirmation of the Finance Agreement (School Modernisation Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Austria on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to income and property tax, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to income and property tax and Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to income and property tax.

By a majority of votes, the Committee endorsed said Bills in principle.
