At the sitting held on 25 July, the Industry Committee considered and adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the election of president and members of the Energy Agency Council, elaborated by Dusan Mrakic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, representative of the submitter.

In the second part of the sitting the Committee members reviewed the amendments to the Energy Bill. The MPs had submitted a total of 119 amendments to the Bill. The representative of the submitter present at the Committee sitting accepted 24 of the amendments which were also accepted by the Committee. The Industry Committee submitted 12 amendments of its own to Articles 6, 35, 52 paragraph 3, 52 paragraph 5, 56, 59, 82, 140, 193, 195, 200 and 203. Committee Chairman Milorad Buha was appointed Committee rapporteur to the National Assembly session.
