The Committee ascertained that the resignations tendered to the post of MP by Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic, Aleksandar Antic, Ivica Dacic, Nebojsa Stefanovic, Aleksandar Vulin, Vanja Udovicic, Jadranka Joksimovic, Goran Knezevic and Radomira Nikolic fall within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for. Therefore, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MPs’ terms of office.
As stipulated in article 65, paragraph 1, line 7 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee members proceeded to adopt a Decision on temporary employment of consultants for the parliamentary groups at the National Assembly.
The Committee went on to consider the Request of the National Assembly Secretary General in line with article 6, paragraph 3, of the Law amending and modifying the Budget System Law, and granted consent to the temporary employment of consultants for professional and administrative affairs at the parliamentary groups.
