Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 12 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia as Borrower and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan as Creditor for the financing of the construction of sections Ljig – Boljkovci, Boljkovci – Takovo and Takovo – Preljina of Highway E-736 in the Republic of Serbia, of 2 February 2012, submitted by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Zoran Krasic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Dejan Sulkic, Miroljub Stankovic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bajro Gegic and Balint Pasztor.
