Funds for the Constitutional Commission`s work
Constitutional Commission's StatementReferring to the media information concerning funds for the Constitutional Commission's work on writing of the new Constitution, this is to inform the public that the issue was not discussed at a single session of the Constitutional Commission.
Constitutional Commission's Statement
Referring to the media information concerning funds for the Constitutional Commission's work on writing of the new Constitution, this is to inform the public that the issue was not discussed at a single session of the Constitutional Commission. Neither Mr. President, nor any member of the Commission claimed funds either from the National Assembly or from the Government of the Republic of Serbia, nor such a claim comes within the competence of this Commission.
Funds for the Constitutional Commission's work shall provide the Republic of Serbia National Assembly, through the competent Administrative Board and according to the Ruling of the Government, from the Republic of Serbia Budget. The Constitutional Commission will use the granted funds reasonably, in accordance to decisions made by the Commission.
