Gojkovic Sends Condolences to Greece

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Hellenic Parliament Nikolaos Voutsis on the loss of human lives in the torrential floods near Athens.


The National Assembly Speaker’s telegram of condolences states:

“We received the news of the devastating floods in your country and of their human victims with deep sadness. On the behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and myself, please allow me to extend our most profound condolences and solidarity to yourself, the members of the Hellenic Parliament and the Greek people.

In this difficult moment we share the pain and suffering of those who had lost their nearest and dearest and all who had lost their homes in this horrible natural disaster. Please convey our most heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims.”
