Gojkovic and Members of European Parliament
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Maja Gojkovic met today with MEPs of the Greens/European Free Alliance group, currently visiting Serbia.
The National Assembly Speaker said that Serbia is committed to the implementation of the Brussels Agreement and expects Pristina to begin conducting it too.
Group Co-President Philippe Lamberts said that the Greens/European Free Alliance support the integration of Serbia and the region.
Gojkovic and the MEPs also discussed the migrant crisis and Lamberts spoke highly of Serbia’s activities and attitude toward it. Gojkovic and Lamberts agreed that Europe needs to join forces to address the challenge.
The meeting was also attended by MP Ivan Karic, member of the Greens at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
