Head of National Assembly Standing Delegation to NATO PA Meets with NATO PA President

The Head of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Dragan Sormaz met with NATO PA President, US Congressman Gerald Connolly, in the course of his participation in the NATO PA 67th Annual Session on 8-11 October 2021, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Among other things, the officials discussed the coming NATO PA 101st Rose Roth Seminar, to be held in Belgrade, 15-17 October 2021, exchanged views on the current situation in the region and the Head of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to NATO PA was invited to visit the US in February 2022. Connolly stressed the importance of the continued active participation of the National Assembly’s standing delegation in the NATO PA’s work.
