National Assembly Delegation Meets with European Parliament Informal Group “Friends of Serbia

The National Assembly delegation to the European Union-Serbia Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee headed by Dr Vladimir Orlic, met with the MEPs, members of the informal group “Friends of Serbia” - Emilian Pavel, Franc Bogovic and Andor Deli, and the attending were also greeted by MEP Zeljana Zovko (Croatia) who praised Serbia’s leading role in the region.

The MEPs commended Serbia’s progress toward the EU, offered support for the opening of new negotiation chapters and affirmed Serbia’s European prospects, and the members of the informal group said that Serbia will always have a friend in them and support for EU accession.
