National Assembly Delegation at Second International Conference of Parliamentary Committees on Legal Affairs
A delegation of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia will take part in the Second International Conference of the Parliamentary Committees on Legal Affairs, to be held from 2 to 4 October 2012, in Donaueschingen, Germany.
The conference with the topic "The Members of Parliament's Rights in Parliamentary Procedures at National and European Levels", will tackle the issues of the parliamentarians’ legal position, their rights in parliamentary procedures, as well as the issue of the relation between the national and European legislation.
The delegation of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues to take part in the international conference comprises MPs Srdjan Mikovic, Katarina Rakic and Biljana Pantic.
