National Assembly Delegation at Western Balkan Parliamentarians’ Meeting on Tobacco Control
A delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia comprising MA Svetlana Mrdic, Prof. Dr Mirka Lukic Sarkanovic, Olivera Denic and Dr Ivan Rajicic, attended the Western Balkan Parliamentarians’ Meeting on Tobacco Control.
The Conference, organised by the World Health Organization, was held in Budva on 25 and 26 March, and attended by participants of the Western Balkans and lecturers from countries from around the world.
The National Assembly delegation took active part in a variety of discussions and presented the public policies and experiences in the fight against tobacco and tobacco smoke in our country aimed at improving public health.
