National Assembly Interns Receive Diplomas
The interns who had completed the student practice programme at the National Assembly, realised with the support of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), received their diplomas today, at the National Assembly House.
NDI Director in Serbia Tom Kelly said that this programme was one of NDI’s central ones aimed toward strengthening state institutions and was an investment into the future.
The National Assembly Deputy Secretary General then proceeded to present the interns with diplomas.
The student practice programme this year took place from March to November and during the nine months they spent at the National Assembly departments, committees and parliamentary groups the 10 interns had the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience about the responsibilities and work of the National Assembly Service.
