National Assembly Secretary General at Meeting of EU Parliaments’ Secretaries General
National Assembly Secretary General Jana Ljubicic took part in the meeting of Secretaries General of the Parliaments of European Union member states, held on 10 and 11 February 2013, in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The meeting of the Secretaries General of the Parliaments of European Union member states was part of the preparations for the next Conference of Presidents of Parliament of EU member states, which is in turn part of the parliamentary dimension of the Cypriot presidency of the EU Council.
The report on the progress of the implementation of the conclusions of the previous Conference of Presidents of Parliament of EU member states was presented at the meeting, as well as the draft programme for the conference of parliamentary presidents to be held in Cyprus, from 21 to 23 April 2013, and the IPEX annual report.
