National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Meets with Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko

Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko.

The officials agreed that bilateral relations between the two countries are excellent, that the pandemic has not had any negative effected on the level of cooperation, what is more in some areas it has been improved even further. They discussed current political and health situation in Serbia and Russia.

National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic reiterated his commitment to strengthening bilateral relations through the improvement of parliamentary cooperation and confirmed that he would soon visit the Russian Federation at the invitation of the Speaker of the Russian Federal Assembly’s State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
