National Assembly Speaker Receives Delegation of Republic of India
Today, National Assembly Speaker Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic received a delegation of the Republic of India headed by Preneet Kaur, Minister of State of External Affairs of the Government of India.
Minister of State of External Affairs of the Government of India Preneet Kaur agreed both that the two countries enjoy friendly relations and that there is room to further cooperation on all levels. She announced that Indian experts would soon be visiting Belgrade companies to review options for cooperation in the sphere of technological development. Kaur stressed that India is open to continue cooperation in the sphere of education via scholarships and by raising the numbers of Serbian students to be awarded scholarships. The Minister of State of External Affairs commended the efforts Serbia puts into its reform processes hoping that many foreign investors would be interested in investing into Serbia, especially in the areas of agriculture, information technologies, science and pharmacy.
