Ninety-Fifth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 15 July, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure and the Bill on Trade.
At the sitting held on 15 July, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure and the Bill on Trade.
Out of the 106 amendments submitted to the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Legislative Committee declared 102 legally feasible, three do not adhere to article 28 of the Law on the National Assembly, while the Committee rejected one amendment as incomplete.
The Committee also considered the amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bill on Trade. Out of the 83 amendments, the Committee rejected three as incomplete, and declared the rest legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
