Ninety-Second Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 18 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered and unanimously endorsed, in principle, the Bill on Administrative Inspection, Bill amending and modifying the Law on High Judicial Council and Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Prosecutorial Council.


The Committee also endorsed the bills on the confirmation of two treaties between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovenia – on extradition and on legal aid in civil and criminal matters.

Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic informed the Committee members on the Memo sent by the Anti-Corruption Agency regarding the conflict of interests in the case of High Judicial Council member Predrag Dimitrijevic, Dean of the Nis Faculty of Law.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
