At the sitting, the Committee members also considered the Securities Commission 2012 Financial Plan, so as to grant consent to it and formulated the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Securities Commission 2012 Financial Plan. The Financial Plan, and the Commission’s envisaged income and expenditure structure, were elaborated by the President of the Securities Commission Zoran Cirovic.

The Committee members went on to discuss the Reports on the 2010 financial statement and regulatory audit of the following public enterprises: “Resavica” Public Enterprise for underground coal exploitation, in restructuring, Public Enterprise “Sports and Business Centre Vojvodina” Novi Sad, Public Utility Enterprise “Waterworks and Sewerage” Novi Sad, Public Utility Enterprise “Mediana” Nis, Public Utility Enterprise “City Heating Plant” Nis, Public Utility Enterprise “NAISSUS” Nis, as well as Air Traffic Joint Stock Company “JAT AIRWAYS” a.d. Belgrade. The Reports were presented by the President of the State Audit Institution Radoslav Sretenovic who stressed that these enterprises share the same problem – lack of internal control and internal audit.

The representatives of the Ministry of Finance also briefed the Committee members on the Report on the Republic of Serbia Budget Execution for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2011.
