By majority vote, it was decided to complete a joint debate in principle on all the items on the agenda, as per Article 76 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The Committee considered the following bills: Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2024 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2024 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2024 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2024 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the National Employment Service 2024 Financial Plan, in principle, then the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financial Support to Families with Children, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications of Nurses, Veterinary Surgeons, Pharmacists, and Midwives in the Central European Free Trade Agreement Context, Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement Renewable District Energy in Serbia between the Republic of Serbia and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Operation Number 53021), Bill on the Confirmation of the Smart Metering Serbia Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, Bill on the Confirmation of Decision No 1/2023 of the Joint Committee of the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin of 7 December 2023 on the Amendment of the Regional Convention On Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin, and the Bill on the Confirmation of Annexe 2 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France on Cooperation in the field of implementing of Priority Projects in the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members found all the bills on the agenda to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the submitters, representatives of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Family Care and Demography and the Ministry of Finance.
