Deputies of the Assembly of Serbia and Montenegro and Deputies of Republic assemblies will be able to exchange experiences with members of Western European countries’ parliaments, as well as to extend their knowledge, at educational seminars which will be organised by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro by the end of the year. Talking to chairman of the Committee on Defence and Security, Dragan Sutanovac, on 21 May 2003, senior advisor of the Parliamentary Reform Programme of the OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro, Johan Homms, said that the topic of the seminars would be parliamentary supervision of the defence and security sector.
