Peace Run Serbia Torch Handed to National Assembly Deputy Speaker Marinkovic

The participants of the Peace Run, which ends in Serbia this year, handed the peace torch to National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic.

In the National Assembly hall in front of the many participants of the run, representatives of the diplomatic corps, municipalities, sports organisations and the media, Deputy Speaker Marinkovic said that the Peace Run has an enormous civilizational significance and meaning because it is not a race for minutes and seconds, but instead a manifestation of the highest human values.

The assembly was addressed by the Peace Run global director Salil Wilson, Peace Run Europe director Dipavajan Renner and Peace Run Serbia director Predrag Knezevic.
