Public Prosecutors Take Oath of Office before National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic
The public prosecutors elected to office for the first time, at the 15th Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021, held on 23 December 2021, took the oath of office today, at the National Assembly House, before National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic.
“I believe that in performing your duty you will follow only your conscience to ensure a fair treatment for every citizen and contribute to the reputation the prosecutorial office in the Republic of Serbia”, Ivica Dacic told the newly-elected public prosecutors.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Minister of Justice Maja Popovic, member of the State Prosecutorial Council Tanja Vukicevic, Secretary General Veljko Odalovic and Deputy Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic.
