The National Assembly Speaker expressed his conviction that the newly-elected public prosecutors would perform their function independently and without bias, in line with the law and Constitution.

“I believe that in performing your duty you will follow only your conscience to ensure a fair treatment for every citizen and contribute to the reputation the prosecutorial office in the Republic of Serbia”, Ivica Dacic told the newly-elected public prosecutors.

The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Minister of Justice Maja Popovic, member of the State Prosecutorial Council Tanja Vukicevic, Secretary General Veljko Odalovic and Deputy Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic.
