Second Sitting of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality
At its second sitting, held on 8 September 2016, the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality reviewed the Committee’s 2016 Activity Plan Proposal.
The Committee then proceeded to discuss the request of the Enough is Enough Parliamentary Group to change the seating plan at the National Assembly hall during plenary sessions, especially in the case of MP Ljupka Mihajlovska as a person with a disability. Omerovic reminded the Committee that this seating plan is temporary, as well as of the fact that the Committee members cannot vote on this request because it lies within the purview of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues.
The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Olena Papuga, Milena Turk, Stefana Miladinovic, Nikola Jolovic, Ljibuska Lakatos, Marija Janjusevic, Fatmir Hasani, Enis Imamovic, Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic, Maja Videnovic, Tatjana Macura, Olivera Ognjanovic and Ljiljana Malusic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Meho Omerovic.
