Security Services Control Committee Adopts Military Intelligence Agency Activity Report

At its 18th sitting, held on 15 May 2015, the Security Services Control Committee reviewed and adopted the Military Intelligence Agency Activity Report for the period 1 October 2014 – 31 March 2015.


The Committee members assessed the Military Intelligence Agency Report and declared it positive, providing comprehensive insight into the work and the results the Military Intelligence Agency achieved in said period. The work of the personnel of the Military Intelligence Agency in the performance of their priority tasks in said period was deemed positive and the Committee lent full support to their further engagement on the realisation of the key tasks of following and investigating the political and security situation in the region, directing and planning intelligence preparations and intelligence security of the Serbian Armed Forces, as well as representation of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces abroad.

In line with its 2015 Activity Plan and the Law on the Bases of Security Services Organization, the Committee decided to conduct a supervisory visit and control of the Military Intelligence Agency Headquarters in Belgrade.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Momir Stojanovic.
