Seventeenth Sitting of the Gender Equality Committee
At the sitting held on 18 November, the Gender Equality Committee discussed the Gender Equality Bill in detail.
At the sitting held on 18 November, the Gender Equality Committee discussed the Gender Equality Bill in detail. The sitting was chaired by Gordana Paunovic-Milosavljevic, Committee Chairperson.
The deputies had submitted 106 amendments to the Bill, out of which the Government accepted only 12. The Committee members endorsed the Government’s amendments and formulated additional six amendments of their own.
The Committee’s amendments pertain to articles 14, 19, 21, 52, 53 and 54 of the Bill.
