Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 21 May, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on National Councils of National Minorities, submitted by the Government; Bill on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions, submitted by the Government; Bill on Enforcement of Non-Custodial Sanctions and Measures, submitted by the Government; Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by the Government; Bill on Attorney’s Office, submitted by the Government; Bill on Mediation in Dispute Resolution, submitted by the Government; Bill amending and modifying the Civil Procedure Law, submitted by the Government; Bill amending the Road Traffic Safety Law, submitted by the Government and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly, submitted by the National Assembly Speaker.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
