At the sitting held on 27 October, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat.

The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic, elected from the For European Serbia - Boris Tadic electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with article 88 of the Law on Election of Deputies.

As the Committee members had ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of deputy Elizabet Paunovic, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected deputy’s term of office.

At the sitting, the Administrative Committee adopted a Document on the appointment of Dusica Petrovic as National Assembly Speaker’s Chief of Staff.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
