Seventy-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 23 December, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments to the Bills on the agenda of the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009. The Committee declared all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Emergency Situations, Bill modifying the Law on the Security Information Agency, Bill amending and modifying the Civil Procedure Act, Bill on Administrative Disputes, Bill amending and modifying the Misdemeanor Law and the Bill on the Expiration of the Law on Organisation and Operation of Economic Units of Institutions for the Execution of Penal Sanctions legally feasible.

The Committee declared all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Emergency Situations, Bill modifying the Law on the Security Information Agency, Bill amending and modifying the Civil Procedure Act, Bill on Administrative Disputes, Bill amending and modifying the Misdemeanor Law and the Bill on the Expiration of the Law on Organisation and Operation of Economic Units of Institutions for the Execution of Penal Sanctions legally feasible.
The Committee deemed the amendments submitted to the rest of the Bills legally feasible, except for one submitted to the Bill on Protection Against Fire, which was rejected as incomplete and one amendment submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code which was also rejected as incomplete. The Committee ruled that two of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Inappropriate Behaviour at Sporting Events do not conform to rules of standardisation, while three amendments were rejected as incomplete, as well as one amendment submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Real Estate Transfer.
