Sixth Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At the sitting held on 2 September, the Administrative Committee ascertained that by tendering their resignations deputies’ Zeljko Vasiljevic elected from the SPS-PUPS-US electoral list and Milos Simonovic elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic, mandates as members of parliament have ended before the end of the term they were elected for and proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the end of the deputies’ mandates.



At the sitting held on 2 September, the Administrative Committee ascertained that by tendering their resignations deputies’ Zeljko Vasiljevic elected from the SPS-PUPS-US electoral list and Milos Simonovic elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic, mandates as members of parliament have ended before the end of the term they were elected for and proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the end of the deputies’ mandates.

The Administrative Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly acknowledge the end of mandate to the late deputy Dragan Tasic elected from the Serbian Radical Party-Dr Vojislav Seselj electoral list, before the end of the term he was elected for.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Tomislav Nikolic.
