Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction

The sitting was chaired by Jovan Nesovic, Committee Chairman, and attended by representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and Republic Geodetic Institute.
The Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Land Survey and Cadastre extends the deadline for complaints from eighth to fifteen days and harmonises the law with other domestic legislation. It also extends the deadline for the completion of a new systematisation at the Republic Geodetic Institute and exempts this institution from the legal document on cut-backs in number of public administration employees.
Following a short discussion that announced the submission of a number of amendments to improve the Bill, the Committee members accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Land Survey and Cadastre in principle, by a majority of votes, with the reserved opinion of deputy Bojan Mladenovic.
