Sixty-Eighth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 17 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Nominations for elective members of the State Prosecutors Council from the ranks of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors with permanent position, submitted by the State Prosecutors Council and Nominations for elective members of the permanent composition of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of judges, submitted by the High Judicial Council.



At the sitting held on 17 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Nominations for elective members of the State Prosecutors Council from the ranks of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors with permanent position, submitted by the State Prosecutors Council and Nominations for elective members of the permanent composition of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of judges, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

Following a debate, the Committee decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly noting that the State Prosecutors Council had submitted Nominations for elective members of the State Prosecutors Council from the ranks of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors with permanent position.

Having debated the issue, the Committee also decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly noting that the High Judicial Council had submitted Nominations for elective members of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of judges.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
