Sixty-Fifth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 2 March, the Justice and Administration Committee considered three Bills included in the agenda for the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly should accept the Bill on the Confirmation of the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition, Bill on the Confirmation of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Forced Disappearance and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro amending and modifying the Extradition Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro, in principle.

The Committee unanimously endorsed the Nomination for Anti-Corruption Agency Committee Member, submitted by the Government. Zlata Djordjevic, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Beta news agency was nominated for Anti-Corruption Agency Committee member.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
