Thirty-Eighth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 18 March, following a short discussion involving the representatives of the submitters, the Legislative Committee ruled that the Anti-Discrimination Bill adheres to the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.



At the sitting held on 18 March, following a short discussion involving the representatives of the submitters, the Legislative Committee ruled that the Anti-Discrimination Bill adheres to the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee prepared and forwarded seven answers i.e. opinions to the Constitutional Court regarding the proposals for evaluation of constitutionality of several provisions of laws currently in force.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
