At the sitting held on 16 January, the Administrative Committee dismissed its erstwhile Chairman Tomislav Nikolic and elected Nenad Konstantinovic as the new Committee Chairman.

The Committee accepted deputy Natasa Micic’s request to realise the right to a monthly compensation for apartment rental in Belgrade and a compensation for separate living and passed the relevant decisions.

At the sitting, the Administrative committee also passed several decisions on fines for the reprimands the deputies received for the violation of order at the Third and Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2008.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Deputy Chairman Nenad Konstantinovic.
