At the sitting, the Committee commenced a discussion on giving an opinion to the Serbian Constitutional Court regarding the two initiatives to estimate the constitutionality of the provisions of article 9, article 10 paragraph 2, article 11 and article 12 paragraph 2 of the Agreement verified by the Law on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the oil and gas sectors (“RS Official Gazette – International Contracts”, no. 83/08).
