13th Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 28 February 2025, the members of the European Integration Committee considered, in principle, a number of bills on the agenda of the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure and the National Bank of Serbia, who presented the bills within their purviews.

The Committee members adopted, in principle, the Bill on Postal Services, Bill amending the Law on Companies and the Bill amending and modifying the Air Transport Law, submitted by the Government, as well as the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Banks and the Bill on the Protection of Users of Financial Services, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Edin Numanovic, Goran Milic, Zivota Starcevic, Milan Radin, Dejan Bulatovic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Dr Tijana Peric Diligenski, Zdravko Mladenovic, MA Ljubica Vranes and Aleksandar Mirkovic.
