17th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 26 September 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

Acting in accordance with the provisions of Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MP Minela Kalender, elected from Electoral List SDA Sandzak – Dr Sulejman Ugljanin, and ascertained that the data on the election of the MP are identical to the ones in the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission allowing for the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MP.

The Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MP.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Djordje Komlenski, Snezana Jovanovic, Goran Milic, Igor Jaksic, Uros Djokic and Stefan Kitanovic.
