The Committee found the Bill on Electronic Communications, Bill on Health and Safety at Work, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Waste Management, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources, Bill Giving Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia for the OTP BANK NYRT, OTP Banka Srbija a.d. Novi Sad and DSK BANK AD for Payment of Liabilities of the Public Company “Srbijagas” Novi Sad, and the Bill Giving Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of the German Development Bank KfW, Frankfurt am Main, on behalf of the Joint Stock Company "Elektromreza Srbije", Belgrade (project "Trans-Balkan Electricity Corridor, section 4 - 2x400 kV DV Bajina Basta (RS) - Pljevlja (ME) - Visegrad (BiH)"), all submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
